Have been using it for about 2 weeks at home. Easy to use. Results TBD.

I have purchased many pairs for all my shoes. They are comfortable and help with my instep

The relief was immediate. Everything about the process was smooth and easy as well.

Unlike a lot of heel lifts, this one maintains it's height over time. Great product.

My husband had knee replacement surgery and he is very happy with it. The cold and compression really helps the pain. Easier for me than to keep cold packs frozen and keep changing them. He uses it as needed.

Purchased a pair of these to use as night splints. Super easy to get on and off; adjusts to accommodate in case of wrist/forearm swelling. They also pair nicely with compression gloves. I wake up now with little to no wrist pain, as I no longer sleep with my wrists crunched-up like a T-Rex! Would purchase again.

I started using my machine prior to my knee surgery to keep the swelling down. Very easy to operate. Very compact so it doesn’t require a lot of ice or water to operate. The Velcro straps make it very easy to place the pad on your knee and comfortable. My only suggestion is the unit should have a power switch. Having to use the plug to turn off the machine becomes Inconvenient. I highly.recommend.

We already had the Polar Care machine with a shoulder pad that we used after our rotator cuff/biceps tendon surgeries. We bought the back pad for hubby to use after his recent back surgery and it's been great. He gets more intense cold from freezer gel packs, but uses the Polar Care Wave machine with this back pad for less intense, but soothing continuous cold therapy. He flips it around and uses it on his abdominal incisions that were made so the surgeon could access his spine from the front.

So I found that the machine got very cold right away the dead what it was supposed to do makes you feel better

The shoulder attachment works great. The Velcro attachment is very strong and fits snuggly on my entire shoulder. The cooling water circulating through the pad beings much needed relief to my shoulder replacement.
